On special requested events they add their "funktastic" horn section. It has become very rare that you can actually see and hear a live band that performs on this level. ‘Phenomenal’, ‘outstanding’, ‘unbelievable’, are the most spoken words you hear describing this band. This group has the good fortune of having literally three centuries of combined musical and technical expertise on stage. Whether it’s recording, playing, or rehearsing, their arrangement and organizational skills are second-to-none. This group has the almost impossible-to-find abilities to headline outdoor festivals and coliseum held Mardi Gras balls for 10,000 plus, backing up national acts, corporate events, resort convention dances, casino showrooms, hard-hitting roadhouses, high-energy night clubs, country clubs and private functions specializing in wedding receptions. For 11 years they dominated the Gulf Coast music scene. They were based out of the iconic Gulf Coast night club, The Upstairs Downstairs, for 7 years. They then opened their own Zapata's Tijuana Club for the following 4 years. The "brothers" spent considerable time as staff musicians at Chuck Ryan Studios. Here they cut the first demo soundtrack of the Urban Cowboy movie and #1 hit “Looking for Love” for Johnny Lee. The “brothers” signed with Liberty Records and worked at the hit factory, Studio in the Country, where they recorded “Why Don’t We Talk It Over” that got considerable airplay and hit #1 on the regional charts. They worked in Nashville on several occasions and opened for acts Alan Jackson. Johnny Lee, Ricky Van Shelton, Vince Gill,  Keith Whitley, Leon Everett, Bandana, David Allan Coe, Janie Fricke, Billy Joe Royal, and many others. Cliff has performed on The Grand Ole Opry with several Opry members. The "brothers" also worked on various artists southern rock and blues projects. Joe’s guitar playing and lead vocal work is sensational. He is the cornerstone of the group. Close your eyes and hear the angst of the legends. Joe adds the FLAVOR to the band. Cliff’s powerhouse "Dr. Funk" drum work and vocal abilities is hard-driving and wide open. His mic work keeps the crowd involved, the dance-floor packed and the train rolling on time. He is the group’s “front man” behind the drums. Cliff provides the KICK in the band.

Their P.A. and Lighting system can handle a crowd of up to 6000 people, but they also have the ability to customize the system down to fit any event.
